These were taken during an October 2009 trip to China as part of a trade delegation with the governor of Tennessee, Phil Bredesen. We went to Beijing, Xian, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Fulin, Kunming, and Shanghai. I also spent a day and a half birding at Rudong and Binhai (north of Shanghai) at the end of the trip.
